Craig Sandre Sophs Support Endowment Fund

The Craig Sandre Sophs Support Endowment Fund was established by the family of Craig Sandre, BA’16, Honors Double Major Political Science and History (awarded posthumously). Craig is remembered by those who knew and loved him for his outgoing personality, great sense of humour, passion for people, and commitment to Western and his fellow students.

Donations to this fund are used to support expenses related to offering mental health and wellness counselling services to Sophs. We know that Craig would have loved the idea of helping Sophs help others and we hope you do too! As a result of your support, over $73,000 has been raised to date, allowing for programs to be delivered to over 800 students each year. This past year Western was able to deliver this training remotely, resulting in a fantastic, positive impact during what has proven to be a difficult time for many students.
